  • Performed enterprise-wide Y2K business risk analysis for major investment bank. Ensured bank had sufficient information on the Y2K readiness of market participants (customers, counterparties, markets, etc.) to identify and mitigate risks resulting from potential Y2K related failures within these entities.
  • Performed Y2K business resumption contingency planning for foreign exchange group of major investment bank. Analysis included prioritization of business processes, identification of failure scenarios and development of alternative processes for high impact Y2K-related failures.
  • Designed and deployed enterprise-wide command center for major investment bank to manage Y2K-related events that take place after January 1, 2000. Command center planning included development of a coordination and communication protocol, infrastructure development and failure scenario testing.
